Adult & Family Ministries
Offers options for both adult and family worship and introspection from Adult Education in the form of various discussions on the Bible and our Faith Journey, Men's and Women's Retrats to Family Workshops and Intergenerational Outreach Opportunities.  This ministry focuses on enhancing the Christian Life.

Children's Ministries
Is committed to introducing preschool through fifth grade children about the teachings of Jesus Christ and their role in carrying out Christ's vision.  Through the use of Christian Education materials, family fellowship, music and crafts, your child can participate in an atmosphere that is designed to teach them social skills as well as biblical lessons.

Youth Ministries
Works on ways to enable a middle school group and a high school Youth Community to learn about themselves, their community and the greater world around them through service and learning. This ministry aids in planning and coordinating educational and outreach opportunities, recreational outings, as well as fund-raising events that support the High School Youth Community's yearly week-long Mission Trip.

Management

Property and Grounds
Provides the care, maintenance and support of our physical church structure, the Outreach House, and our lawns and gardens.

Stewardship & Finance
Administers the budget of the church, and also is in charge of the yearly membership pledge drive, which determines said budget.

New Ministries
Continually researches alternative worship and fellowship options to bring to our congregation.

Parish Life...

...focuses on fellowship opportunities, including weekly coffee hours after worship, dinners and other activities.  The Parish Life Team also is responsible for providing activities and ideas for making First Church of Lombard a welcoming, preferred place for worship and fellowship in order to continually attract new members to our congregation

Seniors

Wider Church...

...is the bridge between our congregation and our outreach work. Wider Church and our Outreach House (which houses First Things First and Lombard/Villa Park Walk-In Ministry) coordinate with our multitude of outreach partners to seek ways to educate, inform and empower our congregation and community to act and serve locally, and globally.

Worship...

...aids in preparation and setup for weekly worship services and coordinates ushers, liturgists and other special guests.
